Nagasaki is a beautiful city. it's buildings and houses are mostly situated facing the sea and at the valley itself. i first learned about nagasaki while learning malaysia's history back in form 3, but basically what i remembered was only "erm, on august something in the year 1945, the americans used the erm, atomic bomb to bombed the japanese, and then after that ah, no more war liao" ..... something like that, and then i would have overlook that section while learning other new stuffs.

my host insisted on me to see the museum, to learn about the history and effects and etc (my host sis wanted to skip it. hehe). and during that time, i didn't really know what to expect, so i just went along with the idea. my host sis told me that when she was about 6 years old, one of frenz cried while visiting the museum. i honestly thought that she was just feeling very patriotic after knowing the events and all ....

but when i was there ....
i was greeted with so many gruesome pictures.
