busy week ...
it was a busy week before, and a busy week after.
studied my ass off the marketing test, and i'm soo glad that i got through it! besides, also serviced my car and travelled quite a number of places to study. hehe .... quite weird places, come to think of it.
i was anticipating tiesto all the while, *sobs*, for about a month or something, but sigh, didn't manage to go. so my frenz went to atmos instead, to celebrate this guy birthday that i just know, only to find out when i was there, and some got pretty drunk. hehe .... didn't dance much last night either. they were mostly from metropolitan, and busy with drinking, shuffling, dating, flirting, and etc. i wasn't in the mood for it. so met up with some friends here and there, and chat with them for a while. it's amazing how we could hear each other in the midst of all those trance music! but it was nice to meet some new people. i had fun last night. tee hee ...
but my dad called me at five, "where are you?"
me: on the way home edi!
(that's what i always said when he asked that. it's a routine for us. an ice-breaking point before he blows my head off with a shotgun. but of course, i think i'm a bit of an air-head (no contents), as i never seem to learn no matter how many times he blows me off).
still wondering whether i should go to genting tomorrow.
darn, it's so tempting, but i've got my uni work to consider. it's a holiday week !! and i felt so sad. many wondered why i take my uni work so seriously: ppl work to earn money, whereas i study to earn money. so to put in other words, i work full time by studying. and i knew nuts about finance and accounting subject. i'm getting some warning letter any moment.
sigh, anyways i was just saying that i was an air-head (only to my family i believe. erm, scratch that.
i think even to my friends. hmm .... ). i'm going singapore on friday, and i'll probably be driving. told my parents that, and of course they are quite against it as the roads in singapore are pretty complicated and it's a long journey.
but:
1. they wouldnt be here for the weekend.
2. i've just serviced my car last week ...
3. i'm learning how to change the tyre and so on in case something happens to my car.
4. i'll be responsible for my expenses.
so i dun really see any problem with it. really. it's worth the experience definitely. =)) but imagine what would my parents say ... oh well, out of sight, out of mind!
i want a longer holiday!!! *sobs*
